お好きな所にお座り下さいと言われたので
座って待っていたのですが、待てど暮らせど誰も来ないし
後から来た客には、お茶を出して対応していたので帰りました。
久々に乗ってみたい車が出たので見に行ったのですが
対応にガッカリです。

ちゃんと見て、確認しないで作業ありきで進めるのは、整備不良に繋がると思います。
あるときラジエータータンクに漏れを見付けたので交換しました。
２週間後に点検時期なので出しました。
「ラジエーターの交換時期です」と言われました。
私は「メンテナンス記録や、実際にラジエーターをちゃんと見たのですか？」と訪ねると、「実際に見ました」「記録も交換時期になってます」「当社のコンピューター診断(そういう内容の言葉)でもこれ以上は危険と出ています」と、言われました。
利益優先も、行き過ぎは信用を失います。
