★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち葉がひどい時期に、こちらの店員さんが朝から丁寧に箒で掃いていたのを見かけました。店舗によってはまったくやらない所もあるので、ここのお店の人はしっかりしているなぁと(偉そうですけれども)感心してしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧神奈川県トヨタ系って基本給にイマイチ。スタッフも挨拶しないしね。横浜トヨペット系の方が圧倒的に対応良い。

店長さん以下店員さんが皆さん気持ちの良い方たちで話をよく聞いてくれるし、車の質問にも的確に答えてくれる。まだ新車の扱いに慣れていない頃、ライトがーっとかロックがーっとか慌てて電話した時もすぐ教えてくれて一安心できたし、点検も丁寧に説明してくれるし、無駄な部品交換などをさせられることもないので本当に安心。車は安心安全が第一。
