R	R Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り場に特に何も表記がないにもかかわらず、レジに持って行ってその商品は在庫が無いと言われることが何度もありました。また家電を比べようとしても説明書きが雑然としていて分かりづらく、店員の方に質問しようとしても店員同士でおしゃべりをしており話しかけづらいです。同じビッグカメラでも、他の店舗へ行くと説明書きや在庫もわかりやすく、店員の方のサポートもしっかりしているのでこちらの店舗は今後利用しないと思います。 Even though there was no indication on the sales floor, I was often told that the product was out of stock when I took it to the cashier. Also, even if you try to compare home appliances, the explanations are cluttered and difficult to understand, and even if you try to ask a question to the clerk, it is difficult to talk to each other because the clerk is chatting with each other.
