古くから店内飲食、持ち帰りとも餃子が人気で行列している有名店。30年ほど前の記憶でも人気で行列していた。今や100名店に選ばれたりするがインパクトのある料理というよりは普段から慣れ親しんで行けば行くほどファンになっていくタイプの昔ながらの町中華なので初めて行く方は過度の期待は禁物。

ワンタンメンは昔ながらの鶏ガラスープにぴろぴろワンタン、菅野製麺の縮れ麺でほっこり美味い。
あさりチャーハンはあさりを避けるのが不可能なくらいあさりがゴロゴロ入っているチャーハン。しっとり系で塩味が強いので付け合わせの野菜スープがとても合う。
餃子は大きめでもちもちの皮に餡がたっぷり。辣油がスプーンで掬うタイプなので辛さの調節ができてありがたい。行列していなければ餃子で一杯と気軽に寄りたいが待ちなしで入れることは殆どない。

A famous restaurant where dumplings have been popular for eating and drinking in the store and taking out for a long time. Even in my memory about 30 years ago, it was popular and lined up. Nowadays, it is selected as one of 100 restaurants, but rather than a dish that has an impact, it is a traditional town Chinese restaurant where the more you get used to it, the more you become a fan.

Wonton noodles are delicious with traditional chicken glass soup, fluffy wonton noodles, and curly noodles made by Kanno.
Clam fried rice is a fried rice with clams in it so much that it is impossible to avoid it. It's moist and has a strong salty taste, so it goes well with the vegetable soup.
The dumplings are large and have plenty of bean paste on the chewy skin. I am grateful that the spiciness can be adjusted because the chili oil is a type that is scooped with a spoon. If you're not in line, you'll feel free to drop by with dumplings, but you can hardly enter without waiting.
