It is usually called Kofukuji Toilet. I think this is the only place where you can use Kofukuji for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 興福寺境内で唯一の無料の公衆トイレです。近くでは猿沢池の南東の畔にひとつあります。拝観料が必要ですが、国宝館の中には綺麗なトイレがあります。
It is the only free public toilet in the Kofukuji precincts. There is one on the southeast side of Sarusawa Pond nearby. An entrance fee is required, but there is a beautiful toilet inside the National Treasure Museum.
