通常、修復研磨はプラチナを足して研磨、ただの研磨はプラチナを減らして研磨、前者は1万円、後者は3000プラス、研磨が必要ない場合もあるとのことで、次回は一度相談にきていただいて判断してくださいと、とても丁寧に説明いただきました。ちなみに追加料金払っても石の種類を変えられないかとの話をしましたが、そういうリメイクはできないようなのでマイナス1。
平日は空いてて良いですが、予約は必要のようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀座店とは全く雰囲気や内装が違い、面白い。どちらが好みか下調べしてみてから行ってみてもいいかも。こちらの店舗の方が和風を前面に出していて、しっとりした大人の雰囲気。予約は必要。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年間のアフターケア期間内ではあるがもうじき期限となるので持っていったが、研磨は1ヶ月半かかるとのこと。
ちょうど使用したい時期と被ってしまい出したくても出せない状況で相談したが
とにかく期限が1日でも過ぎたら受付は有料、お渡しの時期ははやめることは出来ないの一点張りされてしまったので渋々そのまま持ち帰りました。
規定なので仕方ないとは思いますが杓子定規な対応をされたので少し残念です。
