店舗の入口にさりげなく段差があり何度かつまづきました。
路面店で表参道にあるので、何度か立ち寄ったことがありますが、コスパはいいけどここじゃわざわざ買わないかな…と思ってしまいます。
The customer service attitude is not good for a jewelry shop.
There was a casual step at the entrance of the store, and it broke many times.
I've been to Omotesando at the roadside store, so I've visited several times, but cospa is nice, but I wonder if I should bother buying it here.

シルバー系からハイジュエリーまで幅広く「デートで一緒に来てプレゼント選びたい！」って感じのお店でした！
混んでたので店員さんも忙しそうで、今度空いてるときにゆっくりお買い物したいと思います！

フロアが分かれていて１階は手頃な普段使いライン、２階ではブライダルメインの高級ラインを取り扱っています。
たまにチェックしてましたがスタッフの対応が悪くしばらく行ってません。

私がショーケースを見始めた時には店員さん達は固まってお喋りをしていました。だんだんと近づいていくと、バラバラ〜とばらけていき自分の持ち場へと戻って行った感じでした。私が見ていたところに残っていた店員さん、声かけ全くなしでした。
有名ブランドでしかも表参道にある店舗。ガッカリです。
どこの店舗行っても店員さん達冷たいというか壁があるように感じるので、ブランドとしての教育なのだろうな、と。
It was a surprising customer service attitude.
When I started watching the showcase, the shop assistants were talking and talking. As I gradually approached, it felt like I was coming apart and returning to my place. The clerk who was left where I was looking, had no voice at all.
A store with a famous brand in Omotesando. I'm disappointed.
It seems that the education as a brand may be because the shop assistants feel cold or there is a wall no matter where they go.
