タメ口で上から目線、威圧的な対応でした。
専門家なので適当にあしらわずに説明をして欲しかった。
満足できない時計バンド。時計は良いものなので残念です。
そういえば手袋すらしないで数本の時計をプラプラと持つ。
一期一会できちんと応対するのがプロです。
こちらが伝えないとレシート’（領収書）を出してくれません。
この辺も大丈夫かなと。

と言いつつ、時計を買わずに、いつも電池交換やオーバーホールなどをお願いするばかりなのですが、いつも親切、かつスピーディーに対応していただけるだけで無く、丁寧に作業を説明して頂き、納得してからお願い出来るのが好印象です。
このようなお店が残っている限り、まだまだ日本も捨てたもんじゃ無い、と思わせられます。
大切な時計を長く大切に使う、そんな方に必要とされるお店です。
我が家には無くてはならないお店で、こちらの近くに住んでいることを本当にありがたく感じます。

３台お願いしましたが20分程で受け取ることができました。
待ってる間に気になる時計を見つけたので購入しましたが、サイズ調整もとても早くてビックリしました。
お値段も良心的でしたのでまたお伺いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お義父さんからもらった約10年前のオメガをオーバーホールに出しました。
店主はとても紳士な方で、親切なとても好印象がもてる対応をしてもらえました。
オーバーホールは約1ヶ月かかりますが、オーバーホールした腕時計に1年保証がついてくるという、ご自身の腕の高さのため、待っている間の1ヶ月は全然気になりませんでした。
それでいて価格も高い訳でもありません。
車で行けば近隣の駐車場代金ももらえ、バイクで行けばバイクを見るなり、とても良いバイクだと褒めてもくれました。
次からこのお店に腕時計を見てもらい続けようと思います。
