There is no explanation such as "I'm talking to others" or "If you can hit it with me" at the time of confirmation of the current car and also at the time of reservation by phone later. There is no notification of apology. I can not trust you at all.

ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで遠方納車していただきました。電話対応などはよかったです。が、納車された車内の細部にはホコリだらけ。前オーナーが何かをこぼしたような汚れもそのままでした。運転席シートの下から前オーナーの目薬の袋も出てきました。ディーラーの認定中古車でもこんなに汚い状態で納車されるのかとびっくりしました。 I had you deliver to a distant place here. The telephone correspondence was good. However, the inside of the delivered car is full of dust. The dirt that the former owner had spilled on was still there. A bag of eye drops from the former owner also came out from under the driver's seat. I was surprised that even a dealer's certified used car would be delivered in such a dirty condition.
