基本は予約後の受付けと思いますが、"Mapの混雑状況"はコチラだけ反映されないのはどうしてでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 点検のためこちらを初めてよらせてもらったがあまりよくなかった。いつも同じ系列のトヨタで点検してもらったいるがこちらでは点検の際に車の洗車までしてくれる所があるがこちらはなく、担当者が最後お見送りをしていなかった。

営業マンが全然親切じゃないです。
任意保険の会社を聞くだけ聞いて、ここの提携じゃない会社だと分かると任意保険の入れ替えすら手続きしてもらえなかったです。結局全部で手配しました。車を何台も買いましたが、こんな事を自分でしたのは初めてでした。あと、そもそも壊れた部品を後付けで付けられていて確認してなかったのか疑問です。ハンドルのセンターはズレているしアライメントもズレています。この店の整備や販売に誠意を感じる事がまったく出来なくて正直別の店で買えば良かったと後悔しています。もう二度とここで車買いません。

もうすぐ契約満了の5年経つし私たちはもう乗り換えない！と言っていたので買う見込みがない客と見越して切られたのかなと思いたくなくても思ってしまう状況！
1度電話した時担当が変わった事知らず何々さん［元担当者の名前］いらっしゃいますか？とゆうと受付の方が呼びに行かれたのに担当が変わったと、、、
呼びに行ったならいらっしゃったのでは？
その時挨拶するべきでは？
買わないと知るとこんな対応なの？
しかも転勤先は全然行ける場所、、
非常に残念です！
息子の新車は別の所で購入します！
