市内の同じスズキ自販兵庫系は連絡も行き届き
他店でも対応してもらえます。
スズキ店でも飾磨の構店は系列が違うし、対応のが全く違うので、私はこちらの自販兵庫系を使います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで車を２台購入。１台目が気持ちのよい対応だったので2台目も購入しましたが、タイヤは切れた状態のかなり危険なタイヤで納車、それも点検済みの書類も添えて。全く車は見ていなかったんだと思います。購入時メンテパックに入れられたので、それを受ける際に不安な場所を伝えると、わざわざ聞こえるように営業マンに好き放題言う。その担当者の名前を聞こうとしても店ぐるみで隠して最後まで教えません。信楽狸のような男性でしたが。あげくの果てにミッションのシフトノブは毎回ニュートラルにいれるような形でと。はぁ⁉何いってるんこの整備士？といった対応でした。結局ミッションオイルを交換し、鉄分を抜くとギアの入りは格段に違っていました。たったこの作業ができず、この担当した作業員はこれをすると車が壊れるなど店内で吠えまくっていたんです。またメンテナンスパックの後は慌ててスズキの無料点検をされているところにいきました。信用できないので。メンテナンスパックのオイル交換後はオイルもこぼされ散々でした。中古車とはいえ安い買い物ではないはず。
皆さん賢い買い物をしてくださいね。後悔することのないように。ちなみにどういう内容のメンテをしたかなど一切書かれたものはありませんでした。プロの店にいきましょう。
