★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊歩道を一周すると約１０㎞位で4～5時間位かかります。歩きやすいコースですが、登山或いは登山に準じた格好で訪問するのが望ましいです。自分が訪れた時は手ぶらの方も見受けられましたが、最低限500ミリリットル位の水分は持って行く事をおすすめします。2021年の11月5日に訪問しましたが、災害で通行止めの箇所があり『七ツ釜五段の滝』の近くに行けなくなっていて巻き道を通る箇所がありました。かなり急な道なので注意が必要です。
 It takes about 4 to 5 hours to go around the promenade at about 10 km. Although it is an easy-to-walk course, it is desirable to visit it in a mountain-climbing or mountain-climbing style. When I visited, some people were empty-handed, but it is recommended to bring at least 500 ml of water. I visited on November 5, 2021, but there was a place where the road was closed due to a disaster, and I couldn't go near "Nanatsugama Godan no Taki", so I went through a winding road. It's a pretty steep road, so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hiking course with amazing waterfalls that you've never heard of. Turquoise water, wild scenery and very few people. Wear good hiking boots and be prepared for some scrambling up a rough path on places. The first 5 km of the 10 km loop is tough but scenic, the return trip is easy. Must bring a camera!

Beautiful place, and the trails are spectacular, though they must be tough to maintain, as half of them have been closed all of the three times I've been.
