★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約に行ったら、なにかが気にいらなかったようで、お茶も出してもらえず、出るときにも、礼もなく、スルーされた。いちおう客なのに。
↑のことを認めた謝罪の丁寧なお手紙をいただきました。もう終わったことなのでどうしようもないですし、賃貸物件の契約は、ほぼ「一期一会」だと思います。利益を追求するのは当然ですが、サービス向上すべきだと思いますね。
When I went to the contract, it seemed that I didn't like something, and I couldn't get tea, and when I got it, I wasn't thankful and passed through. Even though I'm a guest.
I received a polite letter of apology admitting that. It's over, so there's nothing I can do about it, and I think the rental property contract is almost "once-in-a-lifetime." It is natural to pursue profits, but I think we should improve our services.

・返答が遅い
オーナーに確認次第連絡もらえるという話でしたが3週間経っても返答なし。こちらから連絡すると「オーナーと連絡がとれない」との返答。3週間も連絡とれないなんてことがある？と思っていたらその日のうちに電話があり「オーナーの確認がとれたから店まで来て欲しい」とのこと。3週間も連絡とれなかった人となんでこんなタイムリーに連絡とれたんだって感じ。連絡がとれないじゃなくてとってなかっただけだろと疑ってしまいます。
・口頭の説明と書面の内容の齟齬、説明不足
いざ契約の段階になったとことろで当初聞いていたことと違うことがいくつか判明。しかもそれは説明されて判明したのでなくこちらが気づいて指摘してから判明。あくまで私の印象ですが、指摘した時の担当者の反応は「間違った認識で説明していた」ではなく「知っていたけど都合が悪いから説明していなかった」という感じで不信感が強くなり契約はやめました。
最初に入店した際は感じの良い対応だったので好印象でしたが今は最悪です。他の仲介業者を通して同じ物件を契約しましたが上記のようなことはなくスムーズに契約できました。

・ Slow response
It was said that the owner would contact you as soon as it was confirmed, but there was no response even after 3 weeks. When I contacted from here, I answered "I can't contact the owner". Have you ever been unable to contact us for three weeks? When I was thinking, I got a phone call that day and said, "I want you to come to the store because the owner's confirmation has been obtained." I wonder why I was able to contact people who couldn't be contacted for three weeks in such a timely manner. I suspect that I couldn't get in touch, I just didn't.
・ Inconsistency between oral explanation and written content, lack of explanation
It turned out that it was different from what I had heard at the beginning because it was the stage of contract. Moreover, it was not explained and found out, but it was found out after I noticed and pointed out. It's just my impression, but the reaction of the person in charge when I pointed out was not "I explained it with the wrong recognition" but "I knew it but I did not explain it because it was inconvenient" and there was a strong distrust. I stopped the contract.
When I first entered the store, it was a nice response, so I was impressed, but now it is the worst. I contracted the same property through another intermediary, but the above did not occur and I was able to contract smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星ひとつでもつけれないくらい。この会社に高評価してるのって、会社のまわし者じゃない？
売買で儲けることだけが不動産の仕事だと思っている、昔ながらの上から目線会社。社長も先代と違ってキンキラロレックスつけて、困ってるからと相談してもできんと一笑で終わる。
クレーム対応なんて、もう普通の領域の対応もない。女性職員から男性にかわると、警察からの照会でもないとできんなどとほざく。契約がすんで金さえもらえればそこでここは終わる。
松江で1番関わらん方がいい不動産屋。
