高	高橋美佳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い人達だった。何でも相談出来てやりやすかったです。引渡しまではすごい親切でした。でもいざ建ってみると庭の幅が『広めに子供達が走り回れるように4ｍ取りました』と言っていたのに実際は半分…… 引渡し時にメジャー持って来てもいないので確認せず後日発覚。書類作成遅れてるため鍵を1つ預かり書類と一緒に持ってくると…… 1年後の定期点検…… まだ鍵は返ってこないと言うと点検者が報告してくれるとその後アイフルさんからは1度きりの着信ですぐ折り返すも営業時間外…… 放ったらかし…… 2年後の定期点検になり…… 点検者が持ってきてくれました。『営業の転勤時期の引継ぎがしっかりと出来てなく金庫に眠ってました……』『庭は言った言わないの次元で何とも……』と点検者から説明。点検者通してではなくアイフルさんからの説明謝罪が欲しかった。委託しすぎに怒りの矛先は建設に関わっていない点検者に向けれる訳もなく…… 引渡し後の対応の委託しすぎにアイフルさんで建てたのを後悔してます。建ってしまえば知らん顔放ったらかしに憤りを感じます。今後リフォーム等で頼む事は絶対にしないです。 It was good people. It will be a regular inspection two years later ... The inspector brought it. "I was not able to firmly transfer the transfer time of sales and slept in the safe ..." "The garden does not say what you said in the dimension ..." Explanation from the inspector. I wanted an explanatory apology from Mr. Aiful, not through the inspectors. There is no reason not to be directed to an inspector who is not involved in construction because the contractors are too outspoken ... I regret that I built it with Mr. Aiful too entrusted with the correspondence after delivery. If you build it, you will feel angry when you let go of it. I will never ask for reforms etc. in the future.
