★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日物件の客付けを依頼させていただきました。以前は別の管理会社に募集をして貰っていましたが、全く客付け能力が無く1年以上空いてしまいました。こちらに依頼したところ、どのような条件なら借り手が見つかるのか的確なアドバイスを頂き、早速申込を頂けました。
さすが大手とかあって、客付け力の高さに驚きました。店員さんも皆さん若いですが、知識も豊富で最初からこちらに依頼をしておけば良かったと思えました。今後ともよろしくお願いします。
