★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低です。星一つもつけたくはありません。大学前だから学生さんの下宿先としてここで相談される方が多いと思いますが絶対にやめたほうが良いです。
まず営業の質が最悪なので不快な思いをするでしょう。そして物件の引き渡しのときも全く誠実ではありません。入居時はクリーニングしてから引き渡してくれると言いながら実際にはしておらず床はホコリだらけ、歩くと靴下が真っ黒になる、窓も汚れ放題、トイレの壁には排泄時の飛び散り汚れが大量、それでもクリーニングしたと言い張ります。
また退去するときには本来請求されるはずのない部分までしれっと請求してきて、それは契約上私達の負担にならないはずだと反駁すると手のひらを返してそうでした〜と。かなり悪質です。しっかり気をつけていないと便乗してあれこ請求されますよ。
どうしてもここを利用されるならば、何を言われても毅然と戦うことのできる方か、不当な扱いや請求をされても文句を言わないでおとなしく従うという方だけが利用してください。

When I move in, I say that I will clean it before handing it over, but I have not actually done it and the floor is covered with dust, my socks become black when I walk, all the windows are dirty, the walls of the toilet are a lot of scattered dirt when excreting I still insist that I cleaned it.
Also, when I moved out, I was charging even the part that should not have been charged, and when I refuted that it should not be a burden on us under the contract, I returned my palm and said so. It's pretty bad. If you are not careful, you will be charged for this by piggybacking.
