浮	浮き草ゆきんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場台湾の口の中でとろけるスフレのような台湾カステラが大好きで、専門店なら期待できるかもとまずはプレーンを購入。うん、普通においしい。ふわっとしているけど、中はちょい生感覚が残るしっとり食感。卵感が結構あって、食べ応えもある。外側はちょっと香ばしく中は甘い。ということで、おいしいはおいしいだけど、本場の台湾カステラに比べると、日本カステラの食感と味をちょっといれちゃったかなという感じ。結構、濃厚卵感が残るところなんかは日本風。日本の超しっとりと台湾のふっわふわの中間くらいのカステラです。なので、そういうカステラと思えばめちゃくちゃおいしい！台湾カステラかというと再現率５０％くらいってところかな。 I love Taiwanese castella like souffle that melts in the mouth of authentic Taiwan, so I bought plain first if I could expect it from a specialty store.
