★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言うと、甘ったるくないカステラで万人受けしそうなカステラでした。
ちょっと歩き疲れて入ったので、もっと甘くても良かったのですが、普段ならこのくらいの方がいいのかな。
お席
窓際の席を取るのはむずかしいそうですが、幸いにもお客さんが少ない時間帯だったようで、使わせてもらえました。
店舗
持ち帰りは、一階。イートインが2階で使い分けているみたいです。
疑問
カステラのラの字が一文字違っているのが気になりました。
感想
次は、サンドイッチとスープをいただいてみたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんやかんやで、結局こちらのカステラが一番好きです。赤箱と青箱を食べ比べると違いがわかりますが、食べる前に牛乳石鹸の赤（しっとり）青（さっぱり）の逆、と脳内復習して食べますが、どっちみちどっちも美味しいので、だから何？！と思いながら、どっちが好みかわからずいただいています。なぜならどっちもさっぱりしておるのでありまして、さっぱりのグループの中で、さらにさっぱりとしっとりに分かれている感じですからピンで出されるとどっちか私はわかりません。そして実際はどう見てもピンク箱と緑箱です。
季節のカステラも全部美味しいですし、五三焼き、窯出し、当然全部美味しいです。
以前、全国展開されていることを知り、地方への大阪土産にちょっと躊躇していることを富山県民に伝えたところ『いやいや！持ってきてください！』と強く返されましたので、本気で言ってはるな、と確信しました。

窓際に座り、行き交う人達を眺めながら
カステラを頂きました。
週末に窯出しカステラ目当てに行くならば、売り切れる前に早めの来店が良いと思います。
窯出しカステラと栗カステラの2種類を注文。
どちらもフォークで切る時に弾力を感じました。栗カステラはキメが細やか。
窯出しの方はザラメがアクセントで
どちらも上品な甘さ。
カステラの名店ということだけあって
お店のスタッフの方々も、とても品のある接客をされていらっしゃいました。

良い意味でレトロな雰囲気、昔ながらの喫茶店の店構えに釣られて来店。
カレーが美味しそうだったので注文しましたが、洋食屋のカレーという感じで美味しかったです！
