★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても失礼な会社。入居者が入院したため、必要な物を用意するため入室したいが、部屋の鍵はあるがオートロックの鍵が室内または紛失という状況、(家族であるがコロナ禍で面会出来ず、電話も難しい状況)で、管理部に10:00に電話、回答か出ないでやっとまともな話ができたのは15:30過ぎ。しかもこの状況でも本人でなければ開けられない、しかも新宿の会社に鍵を買いに来い、か、誰かが出入りするのをずーっと待っていろとのこと。
ただ開けたいだけです、立ち会いか取りに行くかを知りたいだけ。
高齢者は少ないので事例がないだの、孤独死だったら警察が立ち会いで開けるなど、随分と失礼三昧だった。高齢者じゃなくても入院することはあると思うが、高齢者は住んではいけないみたいですよ。

設備に不備あり電話したのですが
口コミの通り電話対応最悪です。
天井の壁紙に隙間がありました。
このご時世地震来た際危ないのと
まだ築1年なのにこれ？って不思議です。
そして入居してからここまで酷いと知ったので
すぐ対策始めました。まず入居時に書かされる
物件チェックリストは控えもらえないので
必ず写真撮って保存しましょう。
あと部屋も隅々まで撮るのがオススメです。
電話の際もiPadで録音しております。
退去の際ぼったくられたくないので
必ず立ち会いなしにしようと思います！
これから検討されてる方は辞めといた方が
いいと思いますし住まわれてる方は対策
しましょう。そして本当は星1も付けたくないです。
