★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの管理物件に住んでいた者です 入居時にドアも窓も施錠されておらず、同棲カップルからの干渉が気持ち悪かったので大家さんに直接その旨をお伝えして短期間で解約することになりました その後、マエムキから確認の電話が来ましたが、解約理由は聞きもせず、解約の事前連絡は2ヶ月前、1年未満の解約は1ヶ分の違約金がかかると、お金の話だけ確認されました 事実だけ記録しておきます
