m	masayuki kamoshita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＜入居前＞まず部屋の内覧希望の際、現地集合だったのですが、担当者が遅刻して到着。事前連絡や事後の謝罪も無しでした。その内覧後、まだ解散していなかった（今後の流れ説明等なし）状態で、たまたま現地で別の物件のオーナーを見かけて、こちらに特に一言もなく世間話を始めた。営業としてどうなんだろう？＜契約中＞物件の掃除担当の方は、挨拶も仕事も丁寧でよかったです。スマートロックで締め出された際、鍵の借り入れがスムーズでした。この２点で☆１＜解約後＞物件解約後、１ヶ月が経過し、敷金の返金がなかったので解約時の担当へメールで進捗を確認するが返信一切なし。数日後、返信がこないのでホームページで調べた代表メールに転送しても連絡一切なし。せめて、受付メールくらいくれても良いと思う。この対応状態ですと、正直この業者と記録の残らない電話でのやり取りはしたくないです（後々、言った言わないで揉めそう）。できればもう利用したくないです。ただ、中野坂上近辺、西新宿近辺の物件探しだと幅を利かせている業者なのでこのあたりの物件を探すとまた遭遇しそうですが… First of all, when I wanted to see the room, it was a local gathering, but the person in charge arrived late.
