Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カスタマーサービスと商品が最悪です。デバイスを借りる前に電話で確認したところ、映像と音が途切れずに毎日8時間ほどビデオ会議ができると言っていながら、実際に商品が届いて、内容が全然違います。 187mbpsの高速とサイトに載せていながら、スピードテストをしたら、10mbps以下で、広告文句の1割にも達していないです。さらに、全く8時間会議ができず、ギリギリ3時間できるかできないで、ずっと5分おきに途切れて、仕事に支障が出ています。電話するたびに、スタッフの方の言っている内容も変わって、不信感を抱きます。カスタマーサービスに何度も電話して相談しましたが、全く解決できず、融通もきかず、不親切で横柄な態度です。 Customer service and merchandise are the worst. When I checked on the phone before renting the device, it said that the video and sound could be held for about 8 hours every day without interruption, but the product actually arrived and the content was completely different. E	Eric BK Lok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As explained by their service folks at the airport terminal, overseas plans are limited to 250mb per day, and it will stop working once you go past this limit. This is not obvious at all if you signup over their online website, so please be aware. Also a bit sad/funny that they recommended me to use free wifi hotspots as much as possible.

After receiving the device, it came with instructions stating that WiFi service will be slowed after using only 3GB!! Advertised as unlimited but giving a limit of 3GB and now there isn’t service at all!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!
