借主が漏水起こし、2か月以上放置・隠蔽した挙句、指示待ち状態。
退去時は対応が遅いのでクレームいれたら退去日の2週間以上経過後に、業者が原状回復見積の下見に来ました。
全てにおいて、質問しないと説明が無く、基本的に放置・指示待ちで、対応が遅い上に最低品質。毎月管理費払って大損しました。
何度もクレーム入れましたが、謝罪も無く改善も無く、担当も変えてくれない。
 I had a management contract, but it was the worst company.
The borrower leaked water and left or concealed it for more than 2 months, waiting for instructions.
When you move out, the response is slow, so if you make a complaint, the contractor came to preview the restoration estimate after more than two weeks have passed since you moved out.
In all cases, there is no explanation unless you ask a question, and basically it is left unattended and waiting for instructions, and the response is slow and the lowest quality. I paid a monthly management fee and lost a lot.
I made complaints many times, but there was no apology, no improvement, and the person in charge did not change.
