★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そば。スープはあっさり醤油であまり印象に残ってない。強いて言えば最初から胡椒が入っているのが珍しい。麺はかなり良い。具はなかなか美味しいが量が少ない。値段はまだ550円で頑張っている。
 Chinese noodles. The soup is light soy sauce and doesn't leave much impression. Speaking of force, it is unusual for pepper to be included from the beginning. The noodles are pretty good. The ingredients are quite delicious, but the amount is small. The price is still 550 yen and I'm doing my best.

やっと出てきました。店主。
店内も汚いし、よくわからない。
コップも使い捨ての回し。
飲む気にもならない
中華そばを注文。しばらくすると…
チャーシュー小さい。メンマ小さい。
ん…ラーメンにそのまま表れていますね。
どこのラーメン店も世代交代があるんだけどさ。次の世代で味を守るのか守らないのか
受け継ぐのか壊すのか。それにつきる。

焼きそばと中華そば頂きますた。焼きそばは、しっかりソース味が濃く麺がパサでもなくベチャっともしてないちょうど良い食感で、野菜はシャキシャキ肉も少し入ってんまいですたよ♪
中華そばは、あっさりとして醤油が立った酸味を感じるスープだがコクもありますだ。チャーシューが可愛らしいが値段的には納得のトコですだね。
