昔ながらのラーメン屋さん。餃子屋さん? 最初流行りの二郎だ油そばはないけど「これでいいんだよこれで」ってラーメンが食べられます! 小振りの餃子も美味しくいただきました。 なんとオムライスが美味でした。オシャレな洋風なオムライスじゃなくて家庭の味といいますかなんだか安心する味… 写真は大盛りです。

昼に立ち寄りました。今回二回目。前回は「トリソバ」を美味しくいただきました。今回は「ソースかつ丼」を注文。出てきたのは、カツがソース垂れに浸されたのではなく、直接上にソースをかけたスタイル!まあ、これもありだな!と思い、食べたらまたこれも旨いこと。ソースが甘酸っぱい味付けで肉との相性も良く、よく考えてみると昔のソースかつ丼は、このスタイルが主流だったような気がします。

伊那市の町中でお昼ごはんを食べようと合同庁舎に車を停めて周辺を歩いてみました。裏通りに暖簾がたなびいているお店を見つけたので近寄ってみました。紫色の暖簾に「山楽」の文字と「山楽」と書かれた看板。ショーケースのサンプルはかなりの年代モノみうけられた。引き戸を開けて店内に入るとテーブル席とお座敷席があり昔からの食堂っといった感じに満ちていました。メニューを見ると定食はなし、麺類か丼物、一品にライスを付けて定食にするかの選択で今日は気分で「トリソバ」に決定。メニューの左上に書かれている餃子はお店のオススメと判断して焼餃子も注文しました。トリソバは鳥肉が入った野菜たっぷりの濃いめの熱々餡で細めの麺に絡めて食べると熱々でスープの塩味や餡の塩味は控えめで旨味で味わうトリソバでした。焼餃子は薄皮でいっぱいの餡を包んだ小ぶりの餃子でしたが肉々しくてこちらも美味しかったです。ゆっくりとした時の流れを感じさせてくれる店内は食事を味わうには最適な環境と雰囲気でした。おじさん2人で切り盛りされているようでしたが可能な限り長く続けていただきたいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。美味しかったです。(^o^)
