この会社の管理物件に住んでいて騒音被害や犯罪被害を受け、居住者以外に対する侵入対策などしたらどうかと伝えたことがあるが回答は「オーナーに伝える」のみで何ら対策されたことがない。居住者を大切にしようという気持ちが感じられない。早朝から制服警官に刑事に鑑識もきて大騒ぎになったこともあるというのに積極的に対策しなかったら他の住民も不安になって誰も借りなくなるよ。 そのくせバイクに「許可してないから駐輪するな」みたいな張り紙しやがった。入居時にそのスペースに駐輪することは許可取りましたけど? テキトーすぎる。まぁ既に引っ越し確定してるからいいけど。バイクも新居に移動済みだし。 二度とこの会社の管理物件に住むことはないし、他の人にも全力でオススメしない。マジで星1以下。 追記 なぜか退去時の対応は良かった。 数年住んでいたので破損箇所はあったし、住んでいた頃は上記の対応だったのである程度の退去費用は覚悟してたけど、意外にも敷金と家賃の割戻分で足りたらしく、いくらか戻ってきた。 居住者への対応が悪く退去者への対応が良いと、所有物件に「住んでほしくない」理由でもあるのだろうかと思っちゃうね。
