If you care about your child, it is definitely better to have a different diagnosis and response than to have them treated here. The staff's telephone attitude is too bad. Doctors are also delicate.

自治体での３歳時健診の際、目に関してチックっぽい症状があったので備考欄に記入したら、この施設から２次検査の案内が届きました。
その時点で半年が経過しており、もう不安なところはなかったので、かかりつけ医師と相談し、２次検査は行いませんでした。
また１ヶ月したころ電話があり、何者かも名乗らなかったので、「どちらさまですか」と聞くと、要件だけ伝え、ガチャ切り。
私どもを「子どもの目がおかしいのに、２次検査にも来ない毒親」と勝手に判断してのガチャ切りなのでしょうね(笑)。
こういう施設に「小児療育相談センター」などと名乗っていただきたくないです。
職員の質があまりにもひどいと思います。
I am an Isehara citizen.
I had a tick-like symptom in my eyes at the age of three when I was examined by a local government, so I filled in the remarks column and received a guide for the secondary examination from this facility.
Half a year had passed since then and I was no longer worried, so I consulted with my doctor and did not carry out a secondary examination.
Also, about a month later, there was a phone call and I didn't even name anyone, so when I asked "Which one?"
Perhaps it's a ridiculous thing to judge us as "a poisonous parent who does not come to the secondary inspection even though the eyes of the child are strange" (laugh).
I don't want people to call themselves such facilities as a "pediatric care consultation center."
I think the quality of the staff is too bad.
