折り返し連絡すると言って２回に一回は連絡してこない。
契約者名を間違えてデータ入力しておきながら正しい名前に戻すよう指摘すると「名義変更は有料だ」と言う
自社にミスがあったと理解しても謝罪はせず「では今回は無料で」とか言ってくる
ここの社員は顧客に対して責任感を持っていないように感じる。
多くの人に「自分は担当じゃない」という態度が透けて見えるので印象が悪い。

それまで３ヶ月ぐらいいろんな不動産や仲介業者を尋ねましたが、どこもピンと来なくて満足できる物件を探せるのかが不安になっていました。それがたった2日で決まりました。
物件を決めてからのメール連絡もその都度マメにしていただけて、こちらの問い合わせにも素早く丁寧に対応していただけました。こんなに親切にしていただけて、感謝しかありません。本当にオススメです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約無しで立ち寄りましたが、丁寧に物件探しに付き合っていただきました。埼玉の物件も幅広く取り扱っていました。
店内も清潔感があり広々としていて落ち着く空間です。
このご時世なのであまりドリンクを出すお店は少ないですが、冷たい麦茶とキンキンの冷やしタオルは猛暑の中来店した私達にとって天国でした。
思ったより予算オーバーな物件が多くて持ち帰りましたが、対応してくださった若い男性スタッフさんがとても話しやすくてこちらの希望も嫌な顔せず聞いてくださり、ぜひ担当になってもらって一緒に物件探ししていきたい！と思う素敵な方でした。
検討していた場所のデメリット等も詳しく教えていただき、とても参考になりました。
駅前で立ち寄りやすいのでオススメです！

There aren't many shops that serve drinks because of this age, but cold barley tea and chilled towels of Kinkin were a paradise for us who came to the shop in the heat of the heat.
There were many properties that were over budget than I expected, so I brought them home, but the young male staff who responded to me was very easy to talk to and listened to my wishes without a disgusting face. I want to find a property! He was a wonderful person.
It was very helpful for me to tell me in detail the disadvantages of the place I was considering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件がいいので契約しましたが、担当の男性にはメールの返信を1日放置される事が何回もありました。
仕方がないので一度営業所に電話しましたが、受付の女性に説明してもあ、はーいぐらいの対応でしたのでそれがこの会社では当たり前なんでしょうか…
内見の時も全く説明もなく立ち尽くしている営業マンはここの方だけでした。
ただ、レビューを見ると対応が早い！と皆さん絶賛されているので営業の当たり外れがあるのかもしれません。
ちなみに営業所で契約中に、Googleレビューを付けてくださいと頼まれます。

退出日まで家賃の支払いをしていたのにその前日に鍵の回収をさせられた
敷金は必ず返って来ないどころか差額がとられる契約になってた（汚した分がなかったとしたも）
など納得しにくいものが多かった
