★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初聞いていた工事期間を無断で大幅に延長し、こちらからの苦情でやっとお詫びに来ました。その際に[もう大きい音は出ない][今月までにすべての作業が終わる]と社長が釈明に来ましたが、それ以降も生活に支障が出る音が出ていたし、終わると聞いていた日を過ぎても何の説明もなく同意を得ることもなく作業を続けていました。この件についてもまた苦情を入れないと動かないんでしょうね。この会社から提示されるものは全てあてになりません。下請けとちゃんと連携取れていないということでしょう。近隣の理解を得ず強硬するスタンス。無責任で信用できない会社です。
追記
上記が2か月くらい前の話ですが、なんかまた作業してますね。まだ終わらないんですか？前回半年も延長して、やっと終わったと安心しきっていたところでまた再開…？どれだけ延期するんでしょう？終えられるんですか？そして今回も工事についてなんの説明も受けていませんし、同意した覚えはありませんが。
