担当してくださった柴田さんが非常に丁寧かつ親切な対応をして下さり、私どもの条件に見合った物件を紹介してくださいました。（自分で言うのもあれですが、かなり厳しい条件だったのでこんなにスムーズに見つかるとは思いませんでした。）
分からないことや不安な事を質問しても、とても丁寧に説明をしてくださったので、安心して相談をする事が出来ました。
とても良い物件を見つけて下さり本当に感謝しています。有難うございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土屋さんに担当していただきました。自分で物件を選ぶのが初めてて不安だらけでしたが、気さくにお話をしてくださりとても楽しく安心してお部屋探しができました。物件の良い点、悪い点を正直に教えてくださったり、 難しい条件からでもすごくいいお部屋を紹介していただいたりと本当に感謝しています。
また、良い引越し業者さんも紹介してもらえてとても助かりました。物件のこと以外でも、引越し関係のお話を色々教えていただけたので土屋さんに担当してもらえて本当に良かったです！

専属専任媒介契約や専任媒介契約の場合1社だけしか扱えない物件も普通にあります。

レインズに載せていないなんて書いていませんがなぜそう思われたのでしょうか？専属専任媒介契約の場合は５日以内、専任媒介契約の場合は７日以内にレインズへの登録義務があります。その間に契約をして「成約済み」としてレインズに登録することは何ら違法ではありません。歴史の長い信頼できる不動産屋でもしています。
「他の業者に行っても物件は同じ」というのは誤りでsuumoなどにしか掲載されていない段階の物件はあります。それを知っているか知らないかは分かりませんが客からすれば不当に自社だけに誘導しようとする『良くない不動産業者』はどちらでしょうね。

It is an error to say that "the property is the same even if you go to another company", and there are some properties that are only listed on suumo. 駅近、清潔感のある店内、受付して下さった方の印象は良かったです。
担当して下さったスタッフに関しては、クチコミを裏切る様な対応でした。
ヒアリングもせず、一方的に物件を探し、予算的にはこれぐらいしかありません。といった対応でした。案内いただいた物件の説明も愚か、
出して下さった物件も希望を満たしてないものでした。
何に重きを置いてるのか、優先順位はなんなのか…
そんな基本的な事も引き出せない形だけの不動産です。
帰り際も支度も済んでない私たちに対し、一方的にエレベーターを開けて待ってる姿が滑稽で1番酷かったです。
不動産の情報・知識の前に、基本的なマナーや接客、ヒアリングの仕方を見直した方が良いと思います。
その後、別の不動産に行った際は、とても親身になって対応して下さいました。
