★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応がとても良く、細かい事を聞いてもしっかり答えて頂いたので部屋選びの当日に物件を契約いたしました。
お金の支払いになった時にかなり面倒なお願いをしたが、
嫌な顔をせず対応してくれた店長の姿にここの店なら他の人も勧められるなと感じます。
 The correspondence was very good, and even if I asked about the details, they answered firmly, so I contracted the property on the day of choosing the room.
I made a rather troublesome request when it came to paying money,
I feel that other people can be recommended at this store because of the store manager who responded without making an unpleasant face.

①2つの物件を内見するのに徒歩で移動したのですが、1時間以上歩かされました。
迷子にもなり遠回りして物件に辿りつく始末で不安しかありませんでした。
駅からも遠かったのに何故徒歩だったのか謎でした...
②1件目の物件が良さそうに思えたので居住のイメージをしていたら次の物件見に行かなきゃと催促され半ば追い出された感じでした。
もう少し見たかったのに...
何故催促されたのかは、どうも2件目の物件が管理会社の方の立ち会いが必要だったらしく待たせてしまっていた事が理由みたいでした。
それはそれで致し方ないかと思ったのですが、嫌だったのは、不動産会社の方と管理会社の方の通話が漏れて聞こえていたのですが、待たせてしまった事に対して、管理会社の方の怒鳴り声がメチャメチャ聞こえていて、不動産会社の方がひたすら謝ってる姿を見ててやらせなかったです。（物件案内するのに迷子になってる不動産会社の方も悪いと思いますが...）
③最後に、2件の内見が終わり、『申し込みますか？』と聞かれたのですが、逆に『こんな経験してお願いする人っているんですか？』って聞きたかったけど『考えます』と伝え帰りました。
（他の方の為にも書かせて頂きましたがすみません）

① I moved on foot to see the two properties, but I was walked for more than an hour.
I was worried because I got lost and took a detour to reach the property.
It was a mystery why I was walking even though it was far from the station ...
(2) The first property seemed to be good, so if I had an image of living, I was urged to go to the next property and felt like I was kicked out halfway.
I wanted to see a little more ...
The reason for the reminder seemed to be that the second property had to wait for the management company to be present.
I wondered if that was the way to go, but what I didn't like was that I heard a call between the real estate company and the management company leaking out, but the management company made me wait. I couldn't let him see the real estate company just apologizing because I could hear the yelling of the person. (I think the real estate company who is lost in guiding the property is also bad ...)
③Finally, after the two previews, "Do you want to apply?" I was asked, but on the contrary, "Are there any people who ask you to experience this?" I wanted to hear, but I said "I think" and went home.

一番最初に目星つけていた物件よりも更に良い条件で御社の管理物件を紹介していただいてその日のうちに同じ間取りの部屋も見に行かせてもらい、スムーズに契約まで進みました。
また、とても丁寧で引っ越し初心者でも安心してお部屋探しをお願いすることが出来ました。
最初の問い合わせはメールからだったのですが、レスポンスも早く、お電話もいただいてご相談もできたので初めて伺ったときでも事前に話していたことに基づいて進めて下さったので本当に感謝しております。
担当していただいた方はもちろん、他のスタッフの方達もご丁寧に接していただいて本当に嬉しく思います。
数ある不動産屋のなかでこちらで契約することができて大変満足です！

周りの方は店長さんと比べると…ってなりますが、一生懸命頑張っていらっしゃるのでお勧めです。
