★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ訪問。翠園ランチの担々麺を注文。本格的な担々麺で辛すぎず、とても美味しかったです。サラダ、シュウマイ、杏仁豆腐も付いて1,300円位だったので、コスパも良いです。店員さんの対応も良かったです。ただ閉店するのが早めのため、余裕を持って行ったほうが良いと思います。
Lunch visit. I ordered Dantan noodles for Suien lunch. The authentic Dantan noodles were not too spicy and were very delicious. この頃、坦々麺をよく食べてるけど、ここのは正統派だね? 正統派なかの美味しい奴です? 辛さは控え目。スープはサラサラ系です。
お店の雰囲気は、「百華」さんに似ているかなぁ。。よりモダンで綺麗でちょっと高級にした感じです?
ですが、カウンター上の焼酎の瓶は、ちょっと・・・お店の雰囲気と合って無いね?
今度来た時は、週替りのランチを食べてみたいです? 麺以外の料理が気になる。。

担々麺は胡麻の香りが良くて、ツルッとした細麺によく合いました。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も美味しいです!
I had a lunch set.
Dandan noodles have a nice sesame aroma and go well with smooth thin noodles.

Casual Chinese food. The taste is authentic, reasonable and delicious. I visited for lunch and had Tantan noodles with salad, dim sum, and almond tofu. 大通り沿いながらシックで目立たない感じの店。
店前に駐車場あるけど、少し離れた場所にも第2駐車場あり。青木写真館の道挟んで向かい側。
入口のメニューボードで「当店のおすすめは担々麺です」とはっきりサジェスト。明確。
担々麺(950円)。マグマのように真っ赤！?でも激辛じゃない。ゴマが効いてて、見た目よりずっとまろやか。コクがあるのに重くない、さらりとした調製。おいしい。セットでついてくるライスもうまい。お米も炊き加減もレベル高い。
エビチリランチ(980円)。大ぶりのエビがごろごろ、プリプリ。チリソースは玉ねぎたっぷりで素材感がすごい。上等でおいしいエビチリ。
ランチセット(＋300)の杏仁豆腐。もっちりとして美味しい。なめらかな舌触り。香りもいい。
流行ってるのも納得のおいしさです。

880円のランチが数種類あり、プラス300円で飲茶を付けれる。(海老餃子・シュウマイ・杏仁豆腐)
麻婆豆腐ランチ。赤くない、茶色っぽい麻婆豆腐。塩気もスパイスもやさしいアレンジ。しびれるような山椒の辛味はないけどジワジワ辛さが効いてくるタイプ。うまい。
チャーシューねぎそば。チャーシューとネギを細かく刻んだのが山盛り。迫力の麺相。スープはまろやかな汁そば系。穏やかでおいしい。
落ち着いた食事が楽しめました。

Mapo tofu lunch. Not red, brownish mapo tofu. An arrangement that is gentle on saltiness and spices. There is no numbing spiciness of Japanese pepper, but the spiciness of wrinkles is effective. good.
Char siu green onion soba. Heaps of finely chopped char siu and green onions. Powerful noodle phase. The soup is a mellow soba noodle soup. Gentle and delicious.
I enjoyed a calm meal.

駐車場が店の前に5台くらい停められます。
中華ですがワインなどのアルコールも飲めます。
個人的にな少し酸味の効いた酸辣湯麺が好きです。
水餃子、杏仁豆腐を合わせて頼みましたがどちらもおいしかったです。
値段的には大衆向けの中華店よりはおしゃれなお店なのでそれなりかな？という感じはします。

こちらの1番のオススメは坦々麺とのことにて今回は坦々麺のランチを注文しました。
1番最初に感じたのが胡麻の香りがとっても豊潤！
スパイスも適度に効いていてみんなが好きそうな坦々麺となっていました。
今まで南区にある四川料理屋さんの坦々麺が一番好みだったのですが個人的にはこちらの坦々麺が一番好みです。
個人的に麺はもう少し改良の余地があるかも。
こちらのお店の坦々麺は誰もが食べやすいタイプの坦々麺なのでシビカラ系が好きな方には物足りないかもしれませんがそこまでのパンチを求めてない方には最高の坦々麺だと思います。
次回は坦々麺以外を食べに行きたいです。
お店は行列に並ぶほどではないので比較的入りやすいと思います。
