It was chartered for about 30 minutes in the afternoon on the last day of the consecutive holidays. I think David Bowie and Shinji Tanimura were drawn to this tranquility.

同じ借景でも, 圓通寺庭園とのｺﾝｾﾌﾟﾄの違いを味わいたい所。比叡山は見る角度によって微妙に姿を変えるのですが, この2寺の方角はほとんど一緒なんですね。 ?

Even with the same scenery, you can enjoy the difference in concept from Entsuji Garden. Mt. Hiei changes its appearance slightly depending on the viewing angle, but the directions of these two temples are almost the same. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 方丈前にある比叡山を借景にした枯山水庭園だそうです。築地塀に囲まれた白砂のなかに、皐月・南天などの刈込が、右を高くして7・5・3で配されていて、「獅子の子渡し」とよばれているそうです。
It seems to be a Karesansui garden with Mt. Hiei in front of Hojo. In the white sand surrounded by the Tsukiji fence, pruning such as Satsuki and Nanten is arranged at 7.5.3 with the right side raised, and it is said to be called "lion handing over".
