M	Michio F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おすすめできません。内見を予約していましたが、早くしないと無くなると言われ急遽予定を前倒して伺いましたが、予約忘れや内件開始前などでまさか１件も見る事ができませんでした。午後までに内見できる物件を用意するとの事で半日待ちましたが結局提案してきた物件は全て内見は翌月以降の物件で、意味がわかりませんでした。遠方からの引越でしたので休みと家族分の交通費が全て無駄になり散々でした。引き続き物件を探すとの事でしたがそれ以降連絡も無く、あのまま任せしていたら転勤に間に合わない所でした。こちらに依頼される場合は、保険で他社さんでも探しておく方が良いかと思います。 Not recommended. P	Peko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西船橋近辺での引越しが何度かあり複数回利用させて頂きましたが、毎回店長の柴田さんに大変親切にご対応頂きました。諸事情あり、緊急で条件の難しい引越しが必要になった際も、電車で片道一時間以上かかる場所での物件の紹介、内見の手配までして頂きました。その時の内見もこちらのスタッフの方を手配して頂き、お名刺を頂き忘れてしまい石川さんだったとは思いますが、朝早くから遠い土地に寄越されたにも関わらず嫌な顔1つせず、大変印象の良い対応で感動しました。今回遠くに引っ越すことになりましたが、また西船橋にご縁があれば是非利用させて頂いたいと思います。 I have moved to Nishifunabashi several times and used it multiple times, but the store manager, Mr. Shibata, kindly responded to me each time. h	h h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の田村さん最悪でした。契約前から他人任せな頼りない対応で、駐車場の契約を希望したところ「自分で管理会社に連絡してください」の一点張り。主人が疑問に思い他のスタッフの方にお伺いすると、すぐに対応してくださり、問い合わせる会社名と電話番号を調べて教えてくださいました。入居日になったにも関わらず給湯器が壊れていてこの真冬の中お湯が使えずお風呂にも入れませんでした。網戸には指が入るほどの大きな穴が空いていて、郵便受けには前の住人の方の郵便物が溢れていました。郵便受けの開け方も玄関の鍵がさしたら抜けなくなったことも管理会社に確認するからとかなり待たされてからやっと解決していただけました。本来であれば入居前まで全て確認していただくべき、故障箇所は修繕していただくべきことです。担当の田村さんこ不手際や準備不足のせいで契約初日からトラブルばかりで大変迷惑でした。このようなことがあったにも関わらず田村さんからの謝罪は未だにありません。物件は大変気に入っているため非常に残念です。 Mr. Tamura in charge was the worst. Mr. Tamura, who is in charge, was very annoyed because of all the troubles from the first day of the contract due to his inadequacy and lack of preparation. Despite this, Mr. Tamura has not yet apologized. I am very disappointed because I like the property very much.
