★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の紹介は正直ご縁もあると思うので、良し悪しはつけません。
なので此処での評価は西船橋店舗のスタッフさん達への意見です。
基本新規のお客さんに対しては優しく、対応も丁寧ですが(何としてでも契約したい感は強め)、契約後の既存のお客さんへの対応については正直怠惰しか感じられません。
釣った魚に餌はやらないといった印象で入居後、契約について確認したいことがあり電話をした際も女性スタッフが「あ～…うんうん…はぁ…。」といった明らかに面倒くさいから早く電話を切りたいと言ったた態度で、確認し折り返しますと後日入っていた留守電も「わかりませんでした。」でガチャ切りされていました。
此処の店舗さんのせいでエイブル全体の印象も悪くなってしまい、もう次は無いです。

After moving in with the impression that I did not feed the fish I caught, I wanted to confirm the contract after calling in, and when I called, the female staff wanted to hang up quickly because it was obviously troublesome, such as "Ah ... yeah ... huh ...". With the attitude I said, when I checked and turned it back, the answering machine that was on at a later date was also chopped off with "I did not understand."
Due to the store here, the impression of the entire Able has deteriorated, and there is no next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女子学生2人のシェアでの生活をを考えて相談しにきました。店長さんが主に対応してくださったのですが、提案したお部屋を大家さんにうまく伝えてくださり、最初の値段よりもとても安くなりました。また、他のスタッフの方も丁寧な対応で部屋まで案内してくださりとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの時間の都合や希望条件は後回しで、数撃ちゃ当たるの精神で延々と物件情報を見せられたので大変でした。
手ぶらでは帰さないのを美徳としており、頼めば遠方でも構わずいくらでも探してくれそうなので、「短期間でサクッと決めたい」「部屋のこだわりがあまりない」「自分で探すのは面倒」という方には合っているかもしれません。
ただとにかく契約が欲しいという雰囲気ですので、物件や周辺情報の悪い点は引き出しづらいように思います。
希望条件がきちんと決まっている方、部屋探しに慣れていない方は、別の不動産屋に行くことをおすすめします。
