★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンはとても美味しくいただいたのですが、常時喫煙可能なのですね。非喫煙者にはちょっときついかもしれません。特にランチタイムの煙草の煙は萎えますね。

塩気しっかりです。
個人的な好みでは、塩味をもう少し控えてしじみダシの旨味を味わいたいです。
スープだけは塩気が強く最後まで楽しめませんでした。
I ate shijimi ramen.
It's salty.
For my personal taste, I would like to avoid the salty taste a little more and taste the umami of the clam soup stock.
Only the soup was so salty that I couldn't enjoy it until the end.

本当は、しじみラーメンが売りなのかな。いやーしかし美味かった?串焼きが本業のお店様です。

先日は六本木の#串トロ でランチ。
晩は過去に何度か行きましたが昼に行くのは初めてです☝️
いつも食べていた、しじみラーメン?がランチメニューにあったので早速注文。
暫くして到着、しじみが大量に乗ったラーメンです?
先ずはスープから…醤油ベースの味で、しじみパワーのオルニチンを感じます?
次は麺をいただきます。チリチリに縮れた縮れ麺です。
麺がしっかりとスープを絡め取るので、旨さ倍増❗️
さっぱりした気分で完食しました?
たまに食べたくなる味ですね。

The other day, we had lunch at #Kushitoro in Roppongi.
I've been to the evening several times in the past, but this is my first time to go in the daytime ☝️
The shijimi ramen ? that I always ate was on the lunch menu, so I ordered it immediately.
Arrived after a while, it is a ramen with a lot of clams ?
First of all, from the soup ... With a soy sauce-based taste, you can feel the ornithine with the power of clams ?
Next, I'll have noodles. It is a curly noodle that is crispy.
The noodles firmly entangle the soup, so the taste is doubled ❗️
I finished eating with a refreshing mood ?
