N	Natchy Ruinard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周辺にTKPの貸会議室が多く、道案内をしっかりしないといけません。セミナーや会議などの会場としては、文句なし。PREMIUMと銘打っただけあって、施設としても、サービスとしても、ワンランク上の印象があります。イベントの規模と予算が許すならば、是非また利用したいです。 There are many TKP conference rooms for rent in the surrounding area, so you have to provide solid directions. T	Tsubasa Nakamura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物はとてもキレイです。トイレの照明がオシャレだったのと、椅子がフカフカなのが印象的でした。階段上がって右側の会議室を利用しましたが、収容人数は会議机200台程です。LEDの照明が程よく配置してあり、明るすぎず暗すぎずちょうどよかったです。しかし、建物の構造はあまり評価できません。各階が廊下を挟んで左右に大小の会議室がならんでいます。しかし階段は片端にしかなく、とても混雑します。またなぜかはわかりませんが一階の階段が一段目だけ踊り場？のようになっていて、気づかずに踏み外しそうになりました。利用される方は気をつけてください。 The building is very beautiful. T	TANAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋駅から近くて交通の便は良い。館内設備も新しくきれいで照明もほどよくとても良い印象です。各階にトイレが有り自販機もあります。正面入口横にローソンがありなにげに便利。なお、1階エントランスから階段に行くところに段差があり注意。以前は大学とか専門学校とか大ホール借りて試験会場にしておりましたが昨今このご時世でそういう所は借りれなくなったんでしょう。で、大学とかだと場所が郊外で遠いしキャンパス広くて疲れるしで結構面倒くさかったんですが貸しホールなら駅近くを選択できるようでありがたいです。ただ流石に大学ほどトイレの数が多くなくて混み合います。自販機もキャンパス並みに色々揃っていなくて残念。一長一短ってとこか・・・ It is close to Nagoya station and has good transportation.
