駅前と言う事で、個人法人共に利用が多い様に思います。コロナが無ければ、もっと利用者が多くなるのかもしれません。
 I work part-time, not as a user. There are many people around me who are younger than me, so it is difficult to coordinate.
Since it is in front of the station, I think that it is often used by both individual corporations. Without corona, there may be more users.

のだけが難点か。

However, I can't leave after setting the navigation in terms of location (it seems to be rushed)
