★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から建物内の移動だけで受付も出来、乗車場も屋根がるので天気が悪い時は良いかもです。
予約時はネットで行ったのですが 安かったです。
少し疑問に感じたのは 返却時、走行距離精算をしたのですが現金で払ったら レシートは出ません と言われたこと。不思議ですね。
 Reception can be done just by moving in the building from the station, and the boarding area is covered, so it may be good when the weather is bad.
I went online at the time of reservation, but it was cheap.
What I felt a little doubtful was that when I returned, I paid for the mileage, but I did not receive a receipt if I paid in cash. that's strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を返すときカーナビの精度、設定が悪すぎて仙台駅の反対側を1時間近く迷わされました、もう少し解りやすい設定を案内、指示すべきです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は、運転免許がないのでドライバー目線の評価はできませんが、他の駅にあるレンタカーの営業所と一緒でポツンと感は有りますね（笑）
壁に近くのグルメや名所が表示して有り、帰りにナポリタンで有名なお店のナポリパン（時間がなくテイクアウト）買わせていただきました。（トマト感が良い）
実際に行くまで知らなかった事なのでありがとうございます。
I can't evaluate from the driver's point of view because I don't have a driver's license, but I feel like I'm at the same time as the rental car offices at other stations (laughs).
The nearby gourmet foods and famous places are displayed on the wall, and on the way back, I bought Napolitan (take out without time), which is a famous shop in Napolitan. (Good tomato feeling)
Thank you for not knowing until I actually went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台駅東口からエスカレーターか階段で1階に降りて、バス乗り場の近くにあるらーめん本竈 の隣に入り口があります。
わかりづらいので、道標や看板は割とあるのでラーメン屋さん目印にすれば、わかります。
レンタカー店員さんも沢山おられるので、一気に利用者が来たら待つと思いますが、割と対応出来ると思います。
返却場所も丁寧に教えて貰えて、ナビ通り進むと返却も楽でした。
主要都市の駅だと…なかなか返却までにストレス溜まる事があるけど、その点は満足。
仙台駅の返却する道は一時停止が多く、警察が見張ってますので、気をつけた方が良いと思います。

二階エレベーター乗り場にトレンタ君のマークありますのでそのまま一階へ！
事前に連絡してれば手続きはスムーズだと思います。

返却するときはヨドバシ渋滞あるかもしれませんが左側から交わして真っすぐですよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 返却時、パーキングまでがわかりづらい。ナビで住所を入力すると駅の東側に到着すべきところ西側に案内されるので要注意。
