★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日でも混み合っている様子。駅前だが敷地に車両が多数プールされそれほど待たされずに借り出せる。帰り際にカウンターのお姉さんに「おすすめの牛タン屋教えて」と聞いたらとびきりの名店を教えてくれた。
 It seems to be crowded even on weekdays. Although it is in front of the station, many vehicles are pooled on the site and you can rent it without waiting too much. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段は普通。フロントガラスが飛び石で割れてたのと、スタッフのものでしょうか、車内にマスクがありました。狭めの店内に8人ほどの客が集まり完全な蜜状態。そんなに客がいるのに受付は1人。そりゃ混みますよ。人員配置を何とか工夫して頂きたいところですね

About 8 customers gathered in the narrow shop and it was in perfect honey. Even though there are so many customers, there is only one receptionist. It will be crowded. I would like you to devise a staffing arrangement.

社内連絡がどうなってるのかと不思議になりました。受付の若い方は、態度悪いです。
初めてレンタカーを借りたので、残念でした。

駅から近いし、対応も早いので、また利用するとは思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店時にカウンターにスタッフがいなく、戻ってきても何も言わない。来店時にスタッフがいたとしても、挨拶もなく、お客様の来店順番も把握していない。乗車前の点検の際、前利用者が汚した泥はねだらけの清掃されていない車体で「傷などはありませんか？」と無神経に言ってのける。泥汚れを指摘すると不貞腐れて雑巾で雑に拭いて、拭き後が更に汚さを増す。そんな劣悪な顧客対応で、東北の人にこんなのもいるのかと嘆きながらも、開店時間が他所より早いだけの理由でここを利用するしかない。
