★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気のある蕎麦屋さんで、お昼に食べに行ったら呼び出しブザーを渡されて少し待ちました。
でも待っても食べる価値のある蕎麦です。
日頃、蕎麦の香りなんて分からなかった私が、蕎麦の香りをしっかり感じて、
天ぷらもサクサクで軽くて
本当に美味しかったです。
蕎麦湯も蕎麦茶も美味しかったです。
また、ぜひ立ち寄りたいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的には1番好きなお蕎麦屋さん。職人気質の美味しいお蕎麦屋さんにありがちな敷居の高さや愛想の悪さは一切無く、信州そば屋さん巡り初心者でも入り易いです。かといって某老舗蕎麦屋のように商売を優先し過ぎて味が落ちたりも無いので蕎麦好きの方もご安心下さい。大将含めお店の方々は比較的若いように見受けられますが、観光客だけで無く地元の方からも支持されている名店です。

There is no height of the threshold or unfriendlyness that is common in delicious soba restaurants with craftsmanship, and it is easy for beginners to visit Shinshu soba restaurants. However, unlike a long-established soba restaurant, it does not give too much priority to business and the taste does not deteriorate, so even those who like soba can rest assured. The shop staff, including the general, seems to be relatively young, but it is a well-known shop that is supported not only by tourists but also by locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「季節の天盛り蕎麦」をいただいた。女店員の愛想がもう少し悪くていいので、お蕎麦の盛りをもっと多くしてほしい。ころあいを見計り二回に分けて出されるのだが、食べかけのように見えちょっと情けない気分。季節の天ぷらも蕎麦の香りも申し分ないだけに残念。

こだわりの付け汁はそばの風味がなくなるように感じました。
シルバーウィークだからなのか11時からお店を開けてますよ。

伸びやすい蕎麦は2度に分けて提供する店主の拘り。

もりそばを頼んでみました。
少し量が少ない？と思ったら、
二回分けて提供されたので驚きました。
おかげでそばがおいしい状態のまま食べられて満足。
とてもおいしいそばでした。
混んでなかったら頻繁に行きたいと思うそば屋さん。
