★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻籠宿を過ぎて飯田方面に向かう県道沿いにある蕎麦屋です。南木曽の風景に溶け込むレトロで素朴な店構え。
注文を受けてから蕎麦をコネて、切るというスローフードなスタイル。ゆっくりとした提供時間にはなるが、それもまた良い。
山の男（店の主人）が打つ蕎麦は野趣あふれる仕上がりです。しかし、繊細でもあり口当たりは自然で、優しいのです。
ふと店内を見渡すと、鹿のトロフィー（三段角）が飾られています。そう、店主はディアハンターなのだ。なるほど、蕎麦にもライフルマンの繊細な感覚が現れているわけです。
It is a soba restaurant along the prefectural road that goes through Imaginary and past Tsumagojuku. A retro and rustic shop that blends with the scenery of Nagiso.
A slow-food style that connects to the buckwheat noodles and cuts after receiving the order. It's a slow delivery time, but it's also good.
The soba that the man in the mountain hits (the owner of the store) has a wild finish. However, it is delicate and the mouthfeel is natural and gentle.
When I suddenly look around the store, a deer trophy (three-tiered corner) is displayed. Yes, the shopkeeper is a deer hunter. Indeed, the delicate sense of rifleman also appears in buckwheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざるそば（８５０円）をいただきました。かなり腰が強い。１０割ではないとお見受けしましたが、店員さんに確認し忘れました。店員さんとはお通しのキュウリの漬け物の話をしていて蕎麦の質問を忘れてしまいました。キュウリの塩漬け、美味しいですよ。
We had zaru soba (850 yen). I'm pretty strong. I saw that it was not 10%, but I forgot to confirm with the clerk. I talked with the clerk about pickled cucumbers and I forgot the question of soba. Salted cucumbers are delicious.

とても美味しく、今回は新蕎麦のシーズンになったので、食べに行きましたが、
相変わらず美味しい蕎麦で、満足しました。
また、食べに行きたいと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿智村～妻籠宿へ抜けるR156号線沿いに静かに佇む小さなお店です。
座敷2席、テーブル4席で店内も静かな感じです。お茶と一緒に出される沢庵(たぶん自家製)が美味しい。
もちろん、そばは手打ち麺で美味しいですよ?
It is a small shop that stands quietly along Route 156, which runs from Achi Village to Tsumagojuku.
With 2 tatami mats and 4 tables, the interior is quiet. Takuan (probably homemade) served with tea is delicious.
