★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立派でイイ感じの大きな櫓門です。ここでみんなスナップ写真を撮っていました。
 It is a large yaguramon with a nice and nice feeling. Everyone was taking snapshots here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東虎口にある南北2棟の櫓は、明治8年に民間に払い下げられた櫓を、昭和24年に現在地に復元したもので、上田城跡のシンボルとして親しまれています。
これらの櫓2棟がこの場所にあった北櫓と南櫓だったかは定かではなく、民間に払い下げられた西櫓以外の6棟の櫓のうちの2つであるということだけがわかっています。
また現在東虎口にある櫓門は、平成5年に復元したものです。
The two north-south turrets at the eastern tiger mouth are the turrets sold to the private sector in 1897 and restored to their current location in 1945, and are popular as a symbol of the Ueda castle ruins.
It is not certain if these two turrets were the north and south turrets at this location, only two of the six turrets other than the west turret that were sold to the private sector. ..
The yaguramon currently located at Higashi-Toraguchi was restored in 1993.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上田城址公園でこの門がなければ始まりません。一つのメルクマールになりますが、再建らしいですね。
It wouldn't start without this gate at Ueda Castle Ruins Park. It will be one merkmal, but it seems to be rebuilt.
