休憩時間はほぼ無いに等しく、コンビニの駐車場に停まって車内でお昼ごはんを食べないといけません。
8時半から17時半までの就労時間でしたが、17時半を越えることは当たり前。
17時半から利用者さんのお宅に行くことも。
そうなると事務所に戻ってくるのが19時まわることもあります。定時にはあがれません。
ヘルパーは残業代含む日給10,050円でした。安すぎる。
浴槽も低すぎて中腰になり、かなり足腰を駆使します。
アナログ事業って感じですね。
車もオンボロでエアコン全然効きませんし、真冬と真夏は地獄です。他の職場に移ったとき、天国かと思ったぐらい。
やっぱ設備の整った施設で働くのがノンストレスだし、訪問入浴は三人でまわりますので人間関係も固定化され、合わない人とずっと1日まわらないといけません。
車内でお昼ごはんを食べても休憩した気に全くなりませんでした。
女性にとってはしんどい仕事です。
ナースが足りず、ナースがいなければ急遽、ヘルパーは休まされるか、大阪や滋賀県に応援に行かされます。

After all, it is stress-free to work in a well-equipped facility, and since visiting bathing is done by three people, human relationships are fixed, and I have to spend the whole day with people who do not fit.
Even though I had lunch in the car, I didn't feel like taking a break at all.
It's a tough job for women.
If there are not enough nurses and there are no nurses, the helpers will be taken a rest or sent to Osaka or Shiga prefecture for support.
