鱧尽くしをいただきました。
鱧といえば梅肉の常識を、塩・わさびの組み合わせでひっくり返されました。甘味引き立つとはこういうことかと思い知らされました。
全ての料理が"美味しい"でしか表せなくて申し訳ないんですが、そうとしか言えません。
記念日に寄せてもらいましたが、記念日は季節に合わせるようにありますので、また寄せてもらいます。
