店が狭い分品揃えが悪いことは仕方がないが、それにしても定員の対応が酷すぎる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店員さんはみんな優しく丁寧に接してくれ、バレエをすることがもっと好きになりました！
トゥシューズのフィッティングは予約制で、土日は混んでいるようです。トゥパッドから合うものを選んでくれ、自分にぴったりの一足を見つけることができました。
数年ぶりのトゥシューズなんです、と告げるとそれはわくわくしますね！と店員さんにも共感してもらえてとても嬉しかったです。
これからもここを利用しながらバレエを長く楽しみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の１月、小４娘の初めてのトウシューズのフィッティングで伺いました。予約より少し早く到着したことを伝えるだけで嫌な顔をされました。初めてのトウシューズで緊張する娘に対しても敬語ではありましたが高圧的な態度で見ていてかわいそうになりました。母親の私はバレエ経験なく無知なので口出しできず。悲しいトウシューズデビューとなりました。次からは別の店舗に行くことにします。

レジの店員に相談したら、物がわかればご案内しますけど、、と面倒くさそうに言われ相談できなかったので、商品を決めてサイズを伝えたら、入口の順番待ちリストに名前書いて待つように言われた。客の名前聞いて店員がリストに名前書けば済むのに、客を動かす時点で素人店員だなぁと思った。
時間がかかりそうだったので、商品があるなら自分で試し履きしたいと言ったら、そのサイズだけ黒はないと言われた。
結局ワンサイズ上が良さそうだったので黒をお願いしたら、店員が黒はないという。
この店員は接客の仕事の基本の真逆でnegativeから突っ込んで対応するので気分が悪くなった。面倒なら接客販売の仕事やらなきゃいいのに。
もうこの店舗では買わない。
