それ以外のメニューも豊富です。

若いバイト（かな？）の３人がホールにいたけど、元気のない小さい声での接客。
おすすめのチャンポンを頂きましたが、麺が伸び伸びでした。
多少、食べたものや注文品が口に合わなくても、期待と違っていても、店員さんの接客や店の雰囲気などが良ければ、気持ち良く過ごせて、また来ようと思うものです。
店主さんがもっとしっかりと指導して行くべきだと思います。
最低限、いらっしゃいませ！ありがとうございました！は言うべきです！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おいしいメニューがたくさんあるようだが、まずは看板メニューのちゃんぽんを頂く。本場より塩気が薄くマイルドな印象。麺も柔らかめ。見た目はそれほどでもないが、食べ終わると満腹。

コロナ対策も万全で、安心して食事出来ます。
個人的には、長崎ラーメンが大好きではまってしまい、他のメニューが食べられません。

平日の12時頃ですが満席で10分ほど待ちました。
ラーメンセット(ミニチャーシュー丼とラーメン)950円
ラーメンを長崎ラーメンに変更。
長崎ラーメンのスープはいわゆる薄いとんこつです。有名処ではきぶん一のようなイメージです。
ライトなとんこつスープに白ごまとネギと紅生姜とチャーシュー１枚。
麺は中太のちぢれです。
ちゃんぽん麺を頼む方がほとんどですが、長崎ラーメンも美味しいです！

The noodles are medium-thick and small.
Most people order champon noodles, but Nagasaki ramen is also delicious!

いつもは名物の長崎ちゃんぽんをいただきますが、今回はチャーメン。揚げ麺に餡をかけたものです。おつまみにもぴったり。
久しぶりに訪れましたが、あっという間に席が埋まりました。日曜の夜だったからでしょうかね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間の11時30分丁度に行ったんですが、既に並びが出来かけてました。こちらも相当な人気店です。
二人で行って注文は決まっていたので「ちゃんぽん」を2つと餃子をお願いしました。さすが駅前にお店を構えているだけあって、麺メニュー以外や一品料理もそそります。
「長崎ちゃんぽん」880円。具材がとにかくたっぷり！海老、イカ、アサリ、豚肉に野菜などから出たエキスが染み出したスープは動物系スープがベースだけど、脂ギッシュでは有りません。
野菜や海鮮のエキスが染み出したスープがたまらない美味しさ！その優しいスープはついつい飲み干してしまうほど。（普段はスープ残す派）
とーっても美味しかったです！ご馳走様でした！
