The store is old and my grandpa is working hard alone. Yakisoba was a bit oily with salty taste of sesame oil (* '･ ω ･ ｀) b

以前、みそラーメンはコーンがありましたが、今は無いようです。
もやしは、あんかけです。
ある意味で、みそラーメンを凌駕する美味しさ(笑)

ラーメン大盛を頂きました?✨
ラーメンは昔ながらのあっさり醤油スープにうっすら油が浮いていて熱々‼️?
麺はコシがあってボリューム満点?ピロピロ感⁉️?のある縮れ中細麺で好きな麺です?✨??
チャーシューは歯応えがあるタイプで脂身が無くうっすら味が浸みててラーメンの邪魔をしないタイプ??
店内はカウンター２席と小上がりに２人用テーブルが３卓と４人用テーブルが１卓です?
駐車場はお店の前に３台位停められると思います‼️
麺が特徴的で好きな麺でしたので嬉しい??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟市江南区、旧亀田市街地の中にある老舗食堂。ラーメンは盛りが良く満腹必死でした。昔ながらのラーメンが味わえる、どこか懐かしさを感じるお店です。カウンター席もありましたが、基本は小上がりに座るのが正解ですね。
お店前は軽自動車なら4台は駐められそうでした。
とにかく旧市街地は道が入り組み、幅員も無いので?普通車で行くのはきついと思います。
A long-established restaurant in the former Kameda city area in Konan Ward, Niigata City. The ramen was full and desperate. It is a shop where you can enjoy old-fashioned ramen and feel nostalgic. There was a counter seat, but the correct answer is to sit upright.
In front of the store, it seemed that four mini cars could be parked.
Anyway, the roads in the old city are complicated and there is no width, so I think it is hard to go by ordinary car.
