★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正油チャーシューのセットを注文。喜多方チャーシュー麺との違いは、煮玉子が乗っているかどうかとの事。
鶏豚系のあっさりスープで、高加水平打縮れ麺。肝心なチャーシューは、薄いが味濃いめ。全体的に不味くはないけど、味に特徴がない。
チャーハンは、味薄め、まあまあ悪くない。
餃子は、味がしっかりしていて良好、オススメ。
トータルとしてちょっと値段が高い印象。
 I ordered a set of pure oil char siu. The difference from Kitakata char siu noodles is whether or not the boiled egg is on board.
A light chicken and pork soup with high-grade horizontal crispy noodles. The essential char siu is thin but has a strong taste. Overall it's not bad, but the taste isn't characteristic.
Fried rice has a light taste and is not so bad.
Gyoza has a strong taste and is good, so I recommend it.
Impression that the price is a little high as a whole.

しかし、久しぶりに訪れたら、その二点は変わりありませんが、ラーメンのスープが少しうすくなったように感じました。ペイペイが使えるのは◯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広く、お昼時はお客さんも多いが回転が早いのでそんなに待たなくても入れました。子供ラーメン、チャーハン、餃子など幅広いメニューをカバーしています。この日食べたのは辛味噌ラーメン、1〜10まで辛さを選べます。唐辛子系のからさ。私は10を選択、頭皮から汗が流れる心地よい辛さでした。味はもちろん◎。ご馳走様。
The inside of the store is large and there are many customers at noon, but the rotation is fast so I could enter without having to wait so long. It covers a wide range of menus such as children's ramen, fried rice, and dumplings. I ate spicy miso ramen that day, and you can choose the spiciness from 1 to 10. It's a chili pepper.
