メニューが出てくるスピードは申し分ない。味もマニュアルの範囲内、、食器の洗浄も行き届いているが、お冷やはぬるいことが多い。おそらく一定量準備しておくのだろう。ピーク時には仕方ないことではあるが、どこのチェーン店でもこれは見られる。
片側二車線道路で中央分離帯のある道路なので、出るときに必ず左折しなければならないので注意。
マナーを守らずauショップの前を突っ切って出る人がいるけど、それはやめたほうがいいと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か利用していますが土曜日の夜行ったらかなり店内もドライブスルーのほうも混んでいました。
最初は混んでても仕方ないかと思い店内に入ったが床にはゴミが散乱
食べ終わった食器はいつまでもあり
私たちが食べ終わった30分後でも
その食器は1つも片づけられていなかった
男性が注文ミスしたり机にスプーンが無く1つ貰おうとしたら３個も渡され
お冷やも15分出てこなかった
注文したものが来たときも
適当な感じで渡された
忙しいのは分かるが適当過ぎて周りのお客さんも文句言ってた
キッチンに戻る際に
テーブルに上がってる食べ終えた食器を下げればいいのに下げずに手ぶらで戻る姿を見て要領が悪いなぁと思った

ドライブスルーが結構混んでるイメージで、店内で持ち帰り頼んだ方が良いかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中言ったら研修生1人でホールを回してて、明らかに人手不足でした。くそ愛想悪いし、教育が行き届いてない研修生でしたね。何回もベル押しても来ないし、来たと思ったら間違えて隣の席に注文取りに行ってて、隣の席の兄ちゃんたち困惑してた。絶対席の番号見てないでしょどういう教育してんの？？しかも何回呼んでも来ないし。来なさすぎて3分測って来なかったら店出ようとしてたところでした。3.4回呼んでやっと来たって感じ。自分も接客業だから研修生は大目に見てますが、あまりにも酷い。てか、教育係がもう終わってんだろうなぁと見てて分かりました。最後もポイント使って支払いしたいと言ったところ、まだ教えて貰ってないらしくキッチンからおばさん呼んできたんですけど、おばさんも研修生に対して教えてあげようっていう素振りがなかったです。もう少し教育ちゃんとしなきゃダメですよゼンショーグループさん。二度と行きません。

ホールの店員さんが1人しかおらず
席には食べた食器がそのまま
会計は長蛇の列とても大変そうでした(;´д｀)
忙しいのに邪険な雰囲気にならずに
頑張っている姿は応援したくなりました！
すき家のシステム的問題ですが
会計時一度店員に渡さないとできない
セミセルフぽいのをやめれば
もう少しなんとかなりそうなのになー
注文もタブレット式を早く導入
してあげてー！って思いました。
